This week, Ms Suther's students got a closer look at the tiny wonders of the garden, thanks to a generous grant from The Chrysalis Fund, part of the Entomological Society of America’s effort to spark a love of science by bringing insects into the classroom.

With brand-new digital microscopes in hand, students headed into the garden to observe the miniature world that often goes unnoticed. They got to find something to study, like flowers and seeds. The details were dazzling.

The garden was buzzing with excitement. This hands-on exploration helped students see just how complex and fascinating insect life really is.

We’re so grateful to The Chrysalis Fund for helping us connect young minds to science through curiosity, discovery, and the wild world of bugs.

More classes will get the exciting chance to use these microscopes before the school year wraps up, and we're planning some great activities with them for the next school year!
