Last week, our third and fourth graders had their turn at Seed Study with a classroom learning session about seeds, followed by a trip to the garden to create their own Root View Cups! (see last week's post about what this project entails).

Take a look at what went on, and keep an eye out for updates on how our budding botanists' seeds are growing!

Students also got to plant flower seeds for our Plant Sale at the Spring Social using a different type of greenhouse, a milk bottle.

These are so easy to make at home...

Old milk container + parent help to cut three of the sides so it opens and screwdriver some holes in the bottom so water can drain out + tape to close it + soil and water + SEEDS!

Come to the garden during the Spring Social and buy your very own student-planted plant!
